U Thaung Tun, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and National Security Advisor meet with the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister H.E. Mr. Igor Morgulov on 4 December 2018 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation, Moscow. They exchanged views on bilateral relations and a wide range of issues including the cooperation at the United Nations.
