The Union Minister for Planning and Finance attended the 2nd Session of the Intergovernmental Russia-Myanmar Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation

H.E. U Kyaw Win, Union Minister for Planning and Finance attended the 2nd Session of the Intergovernmental Russia-Myanmar Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation on 27-9-2017.

The bilateral meeting started with Narrow Circle Negotiations and following by Plenary Session.

The Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on the establishment in Yangon of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar was signed by H.E Mr. Kyaw Win, Union Minister for Planning and Finance of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and H.E. Mr. Maksim Oreshkin, Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
