Letter of Commitment

Documents Required for Business Visa (Single)

• Passport must have at least 6 months validity remaining and 1 blank visa page.
• One completed Visa Application form with two photos (2 in x 2 in). The photo should be with white background
• Invitation/Sponsorship letter from Myanmar side, its company registration letter and the letter from the company of Russian side. The sponsorship letter should be stating the purpose of entry to Myanmar from the respective company registered in the Russian Federation.
• Each set of application forms must be signed by the applicant. False signature may result in non acceptance at the visa counter.
• Copy of Flight Schedule/ Flight Itinerary showing round trip transportation to/from Myanmar.
• Business Visa (Single Entry) is valid for (3) months from the date of issue. Period of stay in Myanmar is up to 70 days from date of arrival and is extendable.
• Medical Certificate & Letter of Commitment
• Payment of USD 50 (USD Fifty Only)

Documents Required for Business Visa (Multiple)

• Passport must have at least 6 months validity remaining and 1 blank visa page.
• One completed Visa Application form with two photos (2 in x 2 in). The photo should be with white background
• Invitation/Sponsorship letter from Myanmar side, its company registration letter and the letter from the company of Russian side. The sponsorship letter stating the business profile in brief of the respective company registered in the Russian Federation as well as business activities with counterpart company in Myanmar.
• Applicant who is applying Business Visa (Multiple Journey Entry Visa) should not be the first entry to Myanmar.
• Each set of application forms must be signed by the applicant. False signature may result in non acceptance at the visa counter.
• Copy of Flight Schedule/ Flight Itinerary showing round trip transportation from/to Myanmar.
• Business Visa (Multiple Journey Entry Visa) varies from minimum (3) months to maximum (1) year from date of issue. Multiple Journey Entry Visa is considered case by case basis -Period of stay in Myanmar restricted to ten weeks from date of arrival and is extendable.
• Payment of USD 200 ( USD Two Hundred for 3 months )
• Payment of USD 400 ( USD Four Hundred for 6 months )
• Payment of USD 600 ( USD Six Hundred for 1 year )
